Most neurodivergent women I work with don't struggle with ideas.
They've learnt how to work in traditional models. They can show up, deliver, and do the work.
But there's often a sense that…
there's more they want to say
more impact they want to have
and a different way they want to work
One that actually accommodates their energy, their brain, and their capacity.
A quick note from me
I'm Johanna, a Clinical Psychologist and ADHD mentor. Over the past year, I've really leaned into my own natural way of working — especially speaking and sharing ideas more openly. It's completely shifted how I build my work and who I'm able to reach. Not by doing more, but by doing what fits.
I kept seeing this with other brilliant therapists too. So many of you are highly capable, full of ideas, and doing meaningful work — but trying to build something beyond 1:1 in ways that don't quite match how you naturally work. That's what led me to create this.
